"GETTING KICKED WHEN DOWN!"
Hey everyone,
I was homeless for a while because the reality company decided not to fix the apartment building, and evicted everyone instead! Not only that but they where charging me rent the whole time through automatic bank payments when everyone else who paid by check where told not to pay rent! Now their charging me rent for the month i was evicted! They wiped my payments that i made off their books, otherwise they would owe me back rent!
Anyyway manage to get a place at the last second (i managed to save up money for such an emergency!) which turned out to be a real slum in a good nieghborhood! The walls are so thin the noise is outrages for the inflated price for a one room apartment! I paid a cheaper price for a one bedroom in a bad nieghborhood! The walls, and floors where also paper thin; but at least i had a bedroom to escape to. I cant even take a crap in peace in my new apt!! I am currently looking for a quiet place to call home so i can go back to school to get a good paying job so i can buy a house, or a mobile home. warnning renters beware slums, and slumlords who pose as professional lanlords through real estate companies!!
On a lighter note i managed to get temp internet for a while so i can continue my online hobbies, pay bills, and so on. At least I have a roof for the winter months, and i am more determined to get a stable living enviroment in the state of PA. I am willing to move out of state if needed if it means peace of mind, and allows me to go back to school, and get a good paying job!
