My Religious Experiences

I grew up in a heavy Roman Catholic backdrop. My life was one of dedication to this faith. I was being groomed to be a priest. I had relatives who where priests, and nuns.  Serving as an alter boy with bishops was normal. Having long discussions about philosophy, and religion with clergy was a way of life for me.  Till something happened in my life which made me question everything. Lets just say it wasn't a good experience! Soon after I launched a research campaign that would lead me to teachers of all different religions, and philosophy's! I studied everything I could from various sources. I broke away from the church to search for answers they could not provide.

In my journey I came across Wiccan priests, and priestesses, monks, various clergy of the different branches of Christianity, Druids, and so on. I was a sponge soaking up all i could to explain my experiences with the unknown. I finally found out i was empathic, with a touch of clairvoyance. I've had my chances to join various orders an organizations: but i remained neutral! Learning is not even done when you die trust me. I still respect all knowledge no matter who gives it, or where it comes from. I admit some knowledge is best kept as secret do to its power, and i understand why some teachings are cryptic, and often misleading in books, and not a step by step clear guide to the end result.

For example casting spells correctly, or the true history of the tarot cards, their true purpose, and meaning.

Why all the gospels where not included in the bible!

All religions should be respected! I refuse to be limited to one religion, for all religions have their own truths hidden in their history, and teachings. I also believe in free access to knowledge: It should never come with a price! I created the x-files section of this blog to share information, and  to share my own experiences with the unknown.

Update: I decided to dedicate a section for more detailed info on my experiences, and what I have learned through my travels under "The Unspoken Dogma" Page!

My Internet Radio Project

      @Lantis Network Radio

Well its been trail and error: But I finally got the radio station up and running!

I used A mashup of different software to get it done.

1) ice cast as the stream server (free)

2) rocket broadcaster as the stream publisher / music player catcher (Free)

Players and Other Tools Used:

1) masonic server for straight playlists (free)

2) Zulu dj mixer for special effects (paid)

3) Acustica audio mixer for heavy lifting when it comes to editing files (paid)

The hardest part was to get my Verizon router to work with the server. It just didn't want to let me broadcast! It was a lot of hit, and miss configuring the router to let my server through to be able to connect to my public IP address.

The worst software i tried was the Broadwave stream server!! Its a paid software that does not allow anything but microphone recording which sucks considering it costs over a hundred bucks! Defiantly not worth the money!

My server is not going to be dedicated: So I will only broadcasting live certain days, and hours. But I will post on this blog so you can tune in, and get the updated hours in which it will broadcast.

If you want help with your radio project let me know. Also The radio station will be dedicated to all music from any genre, and era. Wright now I'm working on a format for shows. If you have any ideas for topics post a comment thanks.

Newsletter (1) New Project In The Works!

                                 New Project In The Works!

I use to have my own internet radio station until Pirate radio went out of buissness! So I decided to check into Audio server software free, and paid. I tried several times to get Ampache to install with no luck!! It use to install with no issuess; But the new version has a lot of bugs in the install process. Then i tought Icecast, which is way to complicated, and lacks the Admin interface I am use to. Sockso was an option; But the  software is depricated, and no longer being developed.

My final attempt to find a server solution led me to Madsonic Media Server. The free version is very basic, and lacks the robust features of the paid version! So I ended up purchasing a one time subscription to have access to the full version. It blows Ampache away! I was thinking of doing a pirate radio station on the net with music, and some talk (Interviews) with various people on a varity of subjects. I still have to come up with a name for the radio station, and configure all the server features before launching it!

Here are some screenshots of the server web interface. Its extremly packed full of goodies to configure, and play with in the paid version of the software.  I have not come up with a name for the project yet.

The goals are simple; They are

1) To install, and configure the media server on my server.

2) To setup basic info about the radio station

3) Test it live

4) Finally work on radio content, and publish it live.

Note: I am not going to dedicate my server just yet! I want to see how it goes first; Then if everything goes smoothly I will Dedicate My server fully to the project. I think i will start broadcasting on the weekend at nightime at first, I am not certain of the schedual yet. I will post it on its own page on this blog, and keep it up to date.

If you have any suggesstions on what the talk / interviews should be about or with who please leave a comment!

How to install kali Linux and upgrade it to the full version running kex server on windows 11

First thing is to ensure that vm / hypervisor / subsystem for Linux windows are installed on your system! After rebooting your system you then upgrade wsl to wsl2 via command prompt in windows.

Open PowerShell as Administrator.

To install WSL, run this command:

dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux /all /norestart

Enable the Virtual Machine Platform optional feature by running the following command:

dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:VirtualMachinePlatform /all /norestart

Restart Windows

Download the latest Linux kernel update package and install it: WSL2 Linux kernel update package for x64 machines

https://wslstorestorage.blob.core.windows.net/wslblob/wsl_update_x64.msi

Set WSL 2 as your default version. Open  PowerShell as Administrator and run:

wsl --set-default-version 2

You can now install WSL 2 distros from the Microsoft Store

Reboot windows

Download kali Linux from the Microsoft app store after install, and setup type:

sudo apt update

sudo apt upgrade

sudo apt install -y kali-linux-large

Reboot windows

Open Kali terminal, and type

sudo apt update

sudo apt install dbus-x11

sudo apt install kali-win-kex

Become root:

sudo -i

Just type the following for the full desktop

kex

Or for just the start panel mode type

kex --sl

My Fallout 76 game review

 Cons

1) a constant grind to reach a lvl that permits you to use power armor or certain weapons.

2) the trading system has been changed, you can not trade items for items anymore only for caps which the vendors never have enough caps sometimes 0 caps!!

3) everything is high level so you get pounded everywhere you go!

4( no trading atomic points for caps like most mmo's that give you the option to use real money in exchange for in game currency!

5( the crafting system was completely changed from fallout 4 to you need plans for every craft, and modification you do even though you have the perks to craft and modify items! the perks are also required to craft, and modify items. The plans are hard to get.

6) single player is the same as the mmo version! no customized quests like advertised!

7) the vats system was revamped it is now real time, and does not slow combat down like fallout 4, Also game does not pause action when opening the pipboy so be prepared to get shot a lot while working with vats or the pipboy (do to it is a mmo they had to change the features this way to add real time to mmo game play so everyone is on the same page

8) Depending on where you place your camp be prepared to defend it all the time! I came back from a quest to find my camp destroyed which bit the big one. this happens often. Depending on your location and the game AI

9) all the free power armor that you can get in game is maxed out to 50 level, and its never a full set so you have to grind to get power armor early but the catch is you can not use it until 50 lvl

Pros

1) its built for mmo so if you want to enjoy the game at all join a group. that way it eliminates the grind to reach higher levels!

I have a love hate relationship with this version of fallout I prefer fallout 4 it is the best version

I hope this review gave you an idea of what your in for with playing the game. If your a heavy mmo player then this is for you!

Installing Kali Linux tools on Any ubuntu Distro using katoolin3

Katoolin3 requires the following prerequisites in your Ubuntu system.

Use apt-get install command

sudo apt-get install python3

sudo apt-get install git

and so on

    Python >= 3.5.

    Git.

    sh, bash.

    python3-apt

NOTE: !!!

These packages comes preinstalled in latest Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, so you probably don't need to install anything!

Also, make sure you have enabled [universe] repository.

sudo add-apt-repository universe

Clone the Katollin3 GitHub repository using command:

git clone https://github.com/s-h-3-l-l/katoolin3

The command will clone the contents of Katooolin3 repository in a local folder named "katoolin3" in the current directory.

Go to the katoolin3 directory:

cd katoolin3/

Make the install.sh executable:

chmod +x ./install.sh

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

for katoolin3 do this and it will work:

open install.sh

sudo nano ./install.sh

edit the line starting with: apt-key and replace it with this:

apt-key adv -qq --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys ED444FF07D8D0BF6 || apt-key adv -qq --keyserver hkp://keyservers.ubuntu.com:80 --recv-keys ED444FF07D8D0BF6 || die "This may be a server issue. Please try again later";

hold ctrl x, press y,  then hit enter to save, and exit the file.

now go to the terminal and run this:

 sudo ./install.sh

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Upon successful installation, you will see the following message:

Executing: /tmp/apt-key-gpghome.r4OwC90o2Q/gpg.1.sh -qq --keyserver pool.sks-keyservers.net --recv-keys ED444FF07D8D0BF6

Successfully installed.

Run it with 'sudo katoolin3'.

then run:

sudo katoolin3

update repo's option then install all tools option, and finally install the kali menu option.

Then exit the menu, and your done.

NOTE: !!!

These tools are not the current version of the new Kali Linux! There is a way to install the latest Kali tools but its experimental method I only did it twice, and it worked; But I don't recommend it!

I will do another step by step post about it because its a lot to cover.
